I've always wanted to travel out to some place icy, and scrolling through Timbu travel site, I stumbled upon some of the finest hotels and places in Iceland. I could say Iceland has some wondrous places that just make me want to wake up one morning and find my lucky self in one of the streets in the small island.

The fact that Iceland is a stand-alone country with just the vast ocean between it and the Antarctica. Do you ever wonder why the name Iceland? Me, too.

I  remember reading about the island in some travelogues, the fine and beautiful words woven to describe an abundance of happiness found by the writers. It thrills me.

Geysers, waterfalls and volcano craters… holy my!

Iceland is one of the least populated countries in the world but one of the well developed ones. The capital and largest city is Reykjavik, here with the surrounding areas in the southwest of the country is home to over two-thirds of the population. It is one of the beautiful and naturally enriched places, or as Wikipedia would describe it as volcanically and geologically active.

Iceland, I imagine, is a fun and loving place, especially in Vik having a busy street life filled with colors.
